Our training programs are designed to get you fit while having a blast. We take fitness very seriously here at CrossFit Dare, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Come on in, get fit, and have a laugh with us!


In layman’s terms, CrossFit believes in doing full body and full joint movements performed at one’s relative maximum intensity in a myriad of configurations. People often confuse this with “Doing as much crazy stuff as insanely fast as you can”. This is absolutely not the case at CrossFit Dare. All of our clients are put thru a thorough Fundamentals process with their Coach for Life. Once showing proficiency in movement and a keen understanding of the process, they will be released the doing Group Functional Fitness classes.


Every new member begins in our Fundamentals Program. You’ll train with a coach 1-on-1 to learn the correct techniques for the basic movements used in class. This program is designed to help you meet the physical benchmarks before graduating into our group classes.

Personal Training

In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. CrossFit Dare offers customized workout programs to help achieve individual health/fitness goals. Your personal coach will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain strength or lose weight.
