Owner/Head Coach Daniel Ji says his love for playing and participating in sports as a kid attracted him to the Arnold muscle-building scene and his career as a personal trainer. After a friend introduced him to the CrossFit website, Daniel began implementing different WODs into the programs he was teaching as a personal trainer. “The sport-like workouts kept me engaged and the community was expanding my scope of fitness knowledge outside of what was being taught in the mainstream,” he says.
Daniel became a CrossFit coach and today he specializes in teaching proper technique, mobility, and programming for longevity. “I’m passionate about empowering individuals with the knowledge and experience of proper movements, basic soft tissue maintenance, and balanced nutrition to make fitness a manageable part of life.”
